At Viro Closet, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy with your socks, we’re here to help. Please read our return and exchange policy below to ensure a smooth process.


1. Returns

We accept returns for socks that are unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging. To initiate a return, please follow the steps below:

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@virocloset.co.ke or call us at +254 715 636984 within 30 days of receiving your order.
  2. Return Authorization: Once we’ve processed your return request, we’ll provide you with a Return Authorization Number and instructions on where to send your item.
  3. Shipping Back: You are responsible for the return shipping cost, unless your item was damaged or defective.
  4. Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

2. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or style, we offer exchanges as well. To exchange your item:

  1. Contact Us: Get in touch with our customer service team within 30 days of your order.
  2. Exchange Authorization: We will guide you through the process and provide you with an exchange authorization.
  3. Shipping Costs: You’ll be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us, but we’ll cover the shipping of the exchanged item to you.

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If you’ve received a damaged or defective item, we sincerely apologize. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged or defective product
  • A brief description of the issue

We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including return shipping costs.


4. Non-Returnable Items

Please note that we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following items:

  • Socks that have been worn or washed
  • Items purchased as final sale
  • Gift cards or e-gift cards

5. Return Shipping Address

Once your return or exchange has been approved, we will send you the return shipping address. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for items valued over $75. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless it’s tracked.


6. Refunds

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method, and depending on your bank or credit card provider, it may take 5-7 business days for the refund to show on your account.
